Differences between DOL and star delta starters:
- DOL starters apply 100% voltage and current during motor startup, while star delta starters use partial voltage and one-third of the starting current.
- DOL starters offer simplicity and low temperature rise, whereas star delta starters are suitable for high inertias, allowing for motor startup at lower voltage.
